TASS (Teacher And Student Show), the ultimate upcoming talent destination for creative individuals working in the Lower Mainland. A non-profit fashion show dedicated to new talent, TASS is locally produced by teachers and students. The event helps build a platform for a variety of artists including fashion designers, makeup artists, hair stylists, photographers, web designers and fashion marketers just to name a few. As a portal for creative minds, TASS is successful is aiming to gain notoriety for emerging talent.

TASS is a project established by Frederick Fung, a local fashion designer who believes in helping rising artists reach their full potential. The project began in 2009 and is slowly gaining more popularity as more artistic minds come on board. The event is open to anyone looking to contribute artistically to fashion, and is not solely for fashion students. A participant of TASS has the possibility of taking on rolls such as helping runway line-up, creating press for the event, volunteering backstage, helping put music together for the show, design the website etc. Participating in TASS, gives a creative individual numerous opportunities. The aim of TASS is to allow its participants the opportunity to express themselves. The main goal is to funnel local talent under one roof, and now showcase it in such a way that the public becomes aware of the talent that thrives here locally, and recognizes the creativity of young artists.
